Dia 20 de abril(sexta-feira) Tim Bergling foi encontrado morto em Mascate, Omã. Ele tinha 28 anos e com um sucesso enorme em suas produções, Era uma referência única na EDM pois suas músicas eram autenticas ele já produziu para Wyclef Jean, ColdPlay, Carlos Santana, Madonna e Aloe Blacc. Em 2016 ele se dedicou em seu novo EP avicii (01). O mundo ficou triste pela sua morte e homenagiaram sua obra.
